It is time to grow your SBDC!
Like
our clients, SBDCs have very real marketing issues. It is often
said that if you are not growing, you are dying and we have
to treat our centers and the overall program the same. We need
to grow.
Using
a broader definition of marketing - the relationship between
a company and its customer, SBDCs grow or shrink based on their
marketing.
It's
related to attracting the right clients, building partnerships,
and showing funding partners (who you should also view as CUSTOMERS)
why they should increase your funding. If you want, better clients,
more impact, and a bigger budget, you want better marketing!
This
website was established to share tools and become a resource
to help SBDCs grow. If you have ideas and tools you would like
to submit, we active encourage you to do so. View this as an
active community site you can contribute to, not just a static
tool. The more participation, the stronger the result.
