It's
really two CUSTOMERS!
Like many not-for-profits, SBDCs have two primary customers:
those they serve (entrepreneurs) and those who PAY for it (SBA,
states, local governments, other funding partners, etc). Like
any NFP, we must market and create value for BOTH!
